Flexible and adaptable, Avante’s Mobile Security and Alarm Response services are long-term solutions, individually tailored to the needs of our clients.

Alarm response in six minutes or less. That’s the average response time of Avante Security’s personnel to an alarm signal. This aggressive schedule is maintained by a specific focus on the residential areas of Rosedale, Forest Hill and Bayview/Bridal Path. These neighbourhoods are under constant patrol in an unobtrusive manner by trained personnel, who develop and maintain a familiarity with daily occurrences in these areas.

Avante will always respond in person to alarm signals. Once an alarm signal is received, a mobile response is mandatory and cancellation of alarms is not accepted. Our security officers will either ask to enter your home or ask you to step outside to confirm that there is no other person in your home threatening your safety.

Avante utilizes the proprietary Secure 7-24 technology to improve response times. With Triple DES encryption, the Secure 7-24 transmits alarm information from the customer site to Avante’s Control Centre and Avante patrol vehicles within five seconds. Utilizing both marked, unmarked and low profile luxury vehicles in our defined neighbourhoods, Avante’s response vehicles establish a secure presence for constant vigilance.

Services

Avante Security has proven that separating service groups with assigned key duties is an effective means of coordinating and providing Mobile Security Services. Our mobile security groups successfully and confidently manage response locations within the York Region and Greater Toronto Area, including random checks. The protective community service group is employed in settings ranging from high profile residential to business communities. Avante responds to emergency assistance calls and alarms from our Control Centre, which contains prompt responses, excellent assessment and follow-up support.

Mobile Fleet

Among our patrol vehicles are highly visible, visually enhanced to provide optimum deterrent effectiveness. Markings include the Avante Security crest, a 24 hour telephone number and agency name. These cars are equipped with built-in video recording equipment, Computerized Data Transmission Terminal, RIM handheld, Two Way Radios, cellular phone, and e-mail ready digital cameras.

Supervision

Avante Security maintains a 24-hour Mobile Supervisory Group. The primary responsibility of the Supervisors is to ensure all protective services are being performed in accordance to Client Specifications and Agency Standing Orders. These mobile supervisors are trained in accordance to contract specifications to ensure proper and educated supervisory functions. Avante Security uses the most advanced telecommunications and dispatch technology to ensure accurate, open channels of communication.
