From global travel support to monitored surveillance of your home or business, Avante maintains a technology-enhanced, 24 hour a day/7 day a week Crisis Centre staffed with dedicated operatives to ensure your safety and security.
A call to Avante’s 24 hour dedicated telephone line will connect you with a live Crisis Centre operative who is familiar with who you are and where you live. Our Crisis Centre is designed to assist with your concerns immediately and will never put you through to voice mail, place you on hold or require a difficult identification code. Additionally, all conversations with our Crisis Centre are electronically recorded and can be forwarded to the email account of your choosing.
Crisis Centre operatives must pass Avante’s strict Secure Driving Service and Alarm Response field-training program, and are only eligible for a Crisis Centre position after completing months of field work. This experience teaches our operatives to follow strict procedures, and ensure compliance with all of our clients’ needs, including threat assessment, language translation requirements and security travel advisories.
Avante’s 24 hour Crisis Centre is the central dispatch area for alarms, and receives redundant alarm notification to ensure the adequate back-up of your alarm system. This practice is supported by a number of innovative features, including extensive use of Internet capabilities.
As first movers of web camera technology, Avante can provide virtual camera tours and instant video verification, accessed through a remote site and displayed on demand at the Crisis Centre. Security systems can be programmed to trigger Avante’s web camera system, instantly permitting our operatives to view the remote sites on eight-foot screens. This provides instant intruder description long before local authorities arrive, and relays information to police in real-time.
The Avante Crisis Centre is the core of the Executive Protection division, and coordinates the activities related to these functions. Executive Protection features include the unique “Virtual Security Office”, accessed through the Crisis Centre, which allows clients to access pre-approved procedures during emergency situations and relay them to management or selected staff.
