724 Smart WIP ™

This is core avante servives and should not be part of 724 Smart WIP. I would suggest this be on the same page listing our service, we then continue to move into our services once this concept is understood.

Introducing the most flexible Interactive devices on the market. Beyond the security market the Smart WIP services the security, energy sector, HVAC, home automation, providing complete Home monitoring solutions.

Designed around “Always connected engeneering” the 724 operates on a stand  alone platform requiring power and a wireless mobile connection. Modules supporting each vertical market are then connected as options to support the business. Being a multitasking device, all modules operate from one 724 Smart WIP Coordinator.

The security module provides the fastest wireless link between any Alarm Panel and Emergency Response Team or home/business owners. Integrating with any alarm panel manufactured the security module will transmit detailed information directly to cell phones, Blackberry devices without the use of Internet or servers. Know when your alarm system is turned on or off  or when your children come home, and view the image any Blackberry.

Always connected Module provides wireless communication to any monitoring station. In addition if the phone lines coming into the home are cut, the Always Connected module converts every home phone to wireless so that you can call for help.

They relay module allows for 6 relays to control 6 devices in a home, Garage doors or gates can be remotely opened if your caught in traffic, your children will never be locked outside the home again.  Your alarm system can be turned on and off simply by clicking your Blackberry, no Internet browser required

Ideal Family Security

The ideal system design is to integrate the most advanced technology with the highest trained security personnel  Avante accomplishes this with the use of its Secure 724 technology.

A security system should be divided into four levels:

1) Outer perimeter property notification
2) Physical intrusion detection
3) Life safety
4) Rapid response.

Ideally, outer perimeter notification is accomplished by installing sensors which recognize activity and trigger the Avante Control centre for immediate response. Technology such as buried seismic cable or video analytics analytics trigger if a trespasser enters the property. This technology will detect any intruder entering onto the property. If an intruder enters onto the property our Control Centre and the on duty Security personnel will be notified within seconds via dual technology. The internet and a 724 wireless report of the intrusion. The Avante Control personnel will then visually confirm any intrusion by connecting with the on-site cameras and assess the overall situation. All this is accomplished via web and or direct to a Avante security Blackberry.

The second level, physical intrusion detection, is security devices which would signal an alarm condition if the intruder breaks a window or forces a door or a window open. This will alert our Control  Centre plus the occupants of the home, before the intruder has actually gained entry into the residence.

Residential  glass fortified with ballistic plastic film, in conjunction with window vibration sensors will further delay the intruder and alert our response team. This is our recommended system for total protection. The alarm signal would again be delivered within seconds using Secure 724 technology. Again, beyond expectations.

Upon hearing the audible alarm, occupants of the home should retreat to their nearest “safe room” for protection. The idea of a safe room is to buy time. Safe rooms will be designed to delay the intruder reaching family members and/ or staff. One "safe room" should be designated per home floor; Avante's recommendation is each bathroom. In each safe room a hidden panic button is used to signal for help even if the security system is disarmed. Two types of safe rooms exist, a hardened safe room with independent ventilation and cinderblock walls or a Intermediate safe room. The latter being easily put together. The more accurate alarm activity received by our staff, the and more effectively we can respond. Avante responds with security personnel on site within 6 minutes of the client hearing the alarm sound when a Secure 724 communicator is installed in conjunction with the home alarm system. Responding to home emergencies is the most important part of an overall security system. This is why Avante will respond to any alarm system, even if it is services by others, as long as an Avante 724 Communicator is installed.

The final level of residential protection would be life saving covert panic buttons . These are often hidden in various secret locations around the home; door-frames, under stair hand rails and bathrooms. The 911 telephone interface would add additional locations from which help can be summoned. With the increase of home invasions, kidnappings and emergency health needs, fixed panic buttons installed throughout the home can assist with all of these emergencies.

Having the most advanced system is only as good as the team responding and handling the emergency situation. Avante is the leader in innovative technology which has enabled it to provide a full service solution second to none.

Our trained Avante security officers patrol targeted customer areas with unmarked, radio-equipped luxury vehicles. All security staff are in plain clothes wearing suits and ties and are fully trained in First Aid, CPR, Defibulator and WHIMIS.

All pertinent information will be transmitted as outputted from the PLC Controller. A serial connection will provide return communication and confirmation from the wireless device.

Network Security Module

By law, U.S. Government buildings must evacuate in the event of a Fire Alarm or Poisonous Gas alarm  Doors are unlock ed by the Electronic Monitoring systems, Fire Alarms etc for quick egress. However, computers are seldom locked as staff leave in a hurry leaving the P.C open for espionage. This 724 module will log off all PC’s instantly upon an evacuation occurrence.

Iron Gate/Privacy Module

The 724 Iron Gate/Privacy module physically closes all ports into a building. Opening ports can only be done by secondary communication authorization that ranges from caller ID of a registered phone, BlackBerry trigger or rolling ID code. For a residential Privacy model the gate can be opened or closed via the Arming/Disarming of the security system.

Live Video Point to Point

Without the need of servers, various I.P. cameras can be directly displayed on a Blackberry device. Metering Module

The stand alone 724 metering module measures various analog and digital meters and delivers the information to the preset location. Operating completely wireless on the GPRS/GSM networks, data and service cut off can be remotely accomplished.

724 monitoring

Avante’s 724 monitoring consists of a wireless monitor and telephone dialer monitoring system. The solution is to provide dual factor monitoring. The first factor of communication is transmitting a wireless alarm signal directly to our Avante Control Centre, response vehicles, heads of Avante security and our customer’s BlackBerry device. The second method of communication is to transmit the alarm signal using traditional methods to a ULC or UL approved monitoring station. Dual factor entails, two technologies (wireless and copper wire). Two remote monitoring locations (ULC and Avante and two groups of people dealing with the alarm signals with customer-specific instructions.

Dual factor criteria:
2 signals leaving the dwelling utilizing two different technologies
2 separate locations receiving the signals
2 security groups each dealing with the signal

CCTV - Camera systems

Avante installs security camera systems specific to the clients needs. As technology evolves, we evolve. Its Avante’s belief that, to be completely satisfied with your camera system your expectations are to:

1) identify a known person, and not to expect that just  providing the authorities with a picture means they will automatically catch the burglar.

2) use your cameras, with advanced analytic technology, to detect trespassers on the property and dispatch security personnel or communicate to the trespasser using VIOP so that further intrusion will be deterred.

Presently, two different camera technologies exist, analog cameras and IP cameras.
Analog cameras are cameras that communicate with a recorder using an analog signal along a video cable. This technology has been around for years and is the most popular. IP Analytic Systems are digital and lend themselves to a variety of computerized applications. The signals are analyzed and the cameras can send an alarm trigger if any rule is violated. For example, children viewed by a camera in the neighbors yard can will be ignored.(Zone A) If they attempt to cross into your yard, Zone B, this can be considered a violation. The rule of going from A to B will be broken and a signal will be sent.

IP cameras provide:

  • On-site or Off-site recording
  • IP Cameras installed by Avante have the ability to record off site at Avante Security.
  • Virtual Monitoring by Avante staff
  • Virtual Patrols
  • Platinum Patrols
  • Standard Patrols
  • Access Control Systems
  • Keyless Access
  • Residential keyless access allows for access into the home without the need of a key. In the event of an emergency access into the home is easy and quick. Family members will never be locked outside their home and have to wait for others to unlock. Keyless access uses many technologies. The most popular is a scramble pad keypad where the numbers scramble their locations on the keypad each time a code is entered. Access cards are more for a commercial application, whereas the scramble pads work on codes alone.
